A long lost friend of mine started a similar thread  a similar forum almost ten years ago.  She moved on and so did I, but the thread idea is golden, so I reintroduce it here under another name (that involves alliteration, which I love.  Grin  )

Here's a thread where people can post anything. Happy stuff.  Observations. Sad stuff. Questions to ask God when they die.  Whatever you like. It doesn't have to relate to dance unless you want it to.  No need to respond to the post above yours unless you want to.  No thoughts have to be connected to each other.Just say whatever is on your mind.   (Thanks Swing Kitten, wherever you are.)

I'll start.

The number one son of a very close friend graduates from university in  London roughly eight hours from now.  Smiley

I will never be good at text messaging.

I hate it when cashiers neglect to turn off the conveyor belt between orders.  I do not want my lipstick mixed in with the beer that belongs to the guy ahead of me.

A guy I worked with in an R&D org (whom I have't seen in almost twenty years) resurfaced today.  He is a grandpa.  I shouldn't be surprised, but I am.

Ritchie Havens is a grossly underrated musical artist.

The price of bacon at Target went from $4.39/pound to $6.94 a pound for no apparent reason.

Please don't. Not that he/she doesn't deserve it. It might cause a snafu with your research grant, is all.  Wink

Which came first, itching or scratching?   At this point I'm not sure.  (Contact dermatitis.  Ouch.)
