Meaning has dancing changed the way you eat -- not necessarily in terms of "dieting" to lose weight (although comments about that are welcome too.)

But, in your dance journey so far, have you changed the actual things you eat in order to become more fit for the sport?  (e.g.carb loading for comps,etc.)

I haven't really changed what I eat (although I probably should.)  I do notice that I can eat a lot more because my metabolism is much higher.   I also drink a lot more water. Hydration is super important to me now, when I rarely noticed it before.

Anybody else?
