not feeling sad
is happiness not feeling sad?  Interesting - there would have to be no state as 'in limbo'...

What I meant to say is that a realization that I no longer feel depressed after a period of depression is a cause for celebration. It's a happy feeling Smiley

Decidely - and when you put it that way it stimulates a thought: that happiness is really a relative state.  You are happy if you are shipwrecked alone on a barren island because you are alive.  At least at first!  And you are sad when your dream vacation comes to an end - even if you have a very content and privileged life.

sprog comes into my bed sunday am and starts writing a story...she's still there at 11.30.we have lumch and go to my mother's. sprog brings her notebook and carries on writing till she's finsihed her story...then asks if she can put it on my mum's computer; which she started - i will finish it.

amazing staying power and creativity for a 9 yer old...

I think she has a child's simple view of the world: so cat arrives from cat world, needs help finding way back, meets human children; they help it ; it gets home, and they visit its world.

Touché actually I mean et voila
