Okay.  The title is a little melodramatic, but the question stands.  What do you think about Zumba,now a worldwide phenomenon, as it relates to partner dance?  Is it something that encourages ordinary people to get up and (mostly  Latin) dance?  Is it something that distracts people who would ordinarily partner dance?  Is it just a good was to burn some calories and build stamina while raising your heart rate? Do you Zumba?

Incidentally, I know a few ballroom dancers who teach Zumba on the side, not to mention a ton who practice Zumba regularly to build stamina. Smiley

I have to say it is way fun!
