The PDO hosting company is moving to a new state-of-the-art server - which means PDO will be off line:

"On 10/18/2012 at 5:00 PM PST we will be moving the server that you are hosted on. The move will take approximately 4 hours during which time your hosted services will be offline."

So our smiling faces will reappear at 9.00 PST (off from 2-6pm EST which is GMT-6).
