Interesting that the third place getters can pass all the others in the pecking order. I t was their first Blackpool comp as professional. But they were dancing for England.

Also the boyces were placed higher than what I feel they deserved.

Having said that, any one of the  top 12 couples on the floor could all have been the winner. Alessia was watching Angelo and his new partner like a hawk. He danced extremely well. I wonder if she is the coach?

interesting comments Q   In particularly the last one.   There was actually rather little movement in the rankings at the top but some big changes in the up-and-coming pool.

well I think there should be more movement. The same couple cannot be consitantly good over a period of years. but it has been that way for years. nothing will change quickly in dancing.

You move from 'winning' a championship to 'owning' it!

OTOH maybe they just are the best still
