"The movement I make is making me."  Interesting.  This article reminded me, in an oblique way, of the studies that were published several years ago about the correlation between dance and diminished occurrence of dementia in seniors.  I'll see if  I can find a link to one of those articles. they're probably quite old by now, but may still be on the web somewhere.
