Strive yes, but resolve?  Not a resolution any can (or should) make... methinks..

You could resolve to try to see the amusing side of each crisis first?

I just realized I didnt make a resolution this year.  Perhaps I should have resolved to eventually make a resolution...
I did however, do so on the violinists forum I'm also on - which was to play a concerto this year!

Here I have to resolve to keep dancing no matter what.... and thats going to be a bit of a struggle

Learn to become a teacher.... that will keep you engaged in dancing . Although I know the system there works differently....
