We are not going away this Holiday but still wantd to make it special, so we are going to a different beach everyday so I can walk in the water to make my leg strong. some days we will bring the dog and others we wnt especially the ones further away from home as it will have to be a all day thing, you dont drive that far to stay five minutes!
should be fun and might even get a bit of a tan

Not expecting too much of a tan here!
Plans are a 11 guest dinner at my hose on christmas eve (swedish ham based); a quiet christmas with a friend; then a party in Stratford (ontario; its also our theatre town) on new years eve with mostly musicians ...

According to mum: house cleaning. Scrub all mould from the bathroom, reorganise office, clean and weed backyard.
According to me: Work, socialise, work, clean bedroom, watch Doctor Who, internet, work, internet, sleep, reading.
Reality: Mixture of both. Mostly work (getting lots of hours
)

My partner and I will spend this long weekend working on our tango and quickstep routines which we have never been happy with. We are simplifying as much as possible in order to conserve energy because we will be introducing our latin. Ten dance here we come.

good for you wishing you all the best and remember to still enjoy your dancing with so much practice and styles I see others at the studio forgetting that!

thank you qpo for your words: alas my partner enjoys our dancing much more than me. she calls me mr bitterboots and tells me to take a downer when I try to tell her how to do her part. Its hard to stay mad at her for long cuz she looks so good in a party dress.

sounds like my husband
he always tells people the best part is watching me walk into his arms and thinking gosh I am lucky!
About giving her advice ...it is all in the delivery.....try another approach
. I often say gosh that did not feel right not sure if it is you or me and we try to work it out. sometimes it is him and another time it i me, so it is good that I dont say to him it was you!
