On a personal note, I have just agreed to DJ during the dinner/show/dancing in the main ballroom on Saturday night, as well as the student showcases/social on Sunday.

Definitely! Stop by and say hi, ask me to dance (I can cue up a song or two and sneak out there a little bit), chat for a bit... I'd love it.

Aww, that's too bad! Luckily, they have events that they're planning through 2010, so there will be others. I've been to two out of the last three events (I was in CT during the one that I missed) and the quality of the events just keeps improving.
I'm so excited to be a part of it now.

Hey Medira... the link you have doesn't go where you want.
http://www.2somedance.com/
seems to work, though.

Thanks for the URL update Blue Tango!
Also, due to logistics issues (read: me having to pick up and move to a different country) I won't be DJing this event any more. I'm disappointed, but what can you do, right?
Anyway, it should still be a fantastic event.
