Anyone had a look at this book? i picked it up ages ago but had forgotten all about it!
found it tonight and started with what they call their "max abs" workout and my god can you feel it! The books made by the master in chief of the NYC ballet company, and uses aspects of their everyday warm - up regime in an exercise form. Great for dancers, as all the exercises are aimed at the core muscles and major muscle areas, exactly what us dancers need!.
Anyway thought i'd just share it with you guys as the exercise section seems to be a little neglected, even though i think a dancers exercise regime is pretty up there in importance !!
