Our plans are definitely on track and growing. First up lots of practise - we've worked through the hollidays every other day just about - and have the next competition in sight - Premiere Ball in Niagara at the end of Jan. Then its the Classique in Feb - all buidling up to the big event, Blackpool in May.
Cross our fingers everything goes well but a very promising year ahead!!

New Year's Eve DP and I are going to our studio's social dance...that'll be fun.
After that, we're going to spend the night with his parents' German friends. Plenty of good food, company, and laughter.
As for the New Year itself...I'd like to become healthier, in mind, body, and spirit. Hoping to keep on top of my studies, and manage to keep my living space clean.

Keep continuing developing more to become a better dancer. Teacher promised me 6 months. lol. Yes, he said that. Can you believe it?? Will compete Manhattan, USDC, and Ohio plus 1 or 2 more competitions. Also, I will start to look for an AM partner.

We have already sorted out the 9 comps we will compete in this year including the New Zealand Open which is going to be in Christchurch, I am surprised they will hold it there as they are still having aftershocks from the Earthquates they have had four months ago.
Our first comp will be in April but we need the time to rejig our routines which have to be a bit more difficult now.

Urg, change of plan...
No longer going up the hill to BF's friends...he's not going. He's just going home to sleep after the dance.
I, on the other hand, will be having an absolutely fabulous time with my girlfriends, at the part of one of them. It's a dress-up
I'll be dressing up as a ballroom dancer.
