I call Charmaine 'dancing in shackles'    Grin

NV in general is my best style !

Funnily enough DP and me have very different favourite dances.

Something he likes I hate and something I like he hates.

This is accross all the 3 styles !

So we ended up having to do all the dances anyway since it is probably a favourite of one or the other !

we had a lesson last night and broke down the technique of NV even more while V has his injury...will be good to put it all into practice once he has recovered

well when it comes up to NV I'm definitely on the very beginner's slope - gotta take it slow.

yeah not much going on.  Actually I have been teaching my son's girlfriend all the new vogue dances.  She has a try out in a few weeks and didn't know much.  We have been flying along.  She comes over every Monday night for an hour.  In the last 3 lessons we have covered the basics of Carousel, Merrilyn, Charmaine, Swing Waltz LaBomba and Tangoette.  Next week we will do the marches and then a couple more waltzes and then I will start on technique.  Trouble is my lounge isn't a very big area - we have to do the dances in 2 halves so it gets a bit disjointed.  Its good though to go back to basics. I also need to find some NV Tango music - everything else I can get from normal CD's - mummsie
