I thnk its actually healthy to feel a bit hungry (note the bit - we don't want anorexics either).  But in our opulent world we seem to have the belief that nunger must always be sated.

My father is on the ELF diet.... (East Less Food)

Really.  That's the best diet out there as long as what you do eat is nutritionally balanced.

Moderation in all things, except tango!

The best diet plan for me is looking at my latin dress that I have to fit into.

Went clothes shopping today and so had lots of full-length mirrors to look it. I don't know what's happened over the past week, because we've been walking everywhere everyday, but I think that everything I've eaten has gone to my hips and thighs...I went up a pants size because of it, and now I have to go down again.

maybe a growth spurt too?  I find traveling to be impossible to deal with - but fortunately much of what you put on (in particular during a flight) gradually comes off again...

No more growth spurts for me I think...I'm pretty much finished growing. It's started to come of already though, so maybe my body just doesn't like Melbourne.

Nah its because winter solstice is nearing, atmosperic pressure is higher so we get rounder. (And I stick to this fact base science any time)
