How to avoid or stay away from the boss?
«

Well, I have two bosses. One is ok, and he does not request a lot and pretty much happy with whatever I get him for.
But, the other one is quite unhappy one, and it seems that he wants to bother me depending on his mood.
And, also he tries to find any faults what I do, and make small things big.
So any suggestions will be appreciate how I could stay away and avoid this second boss.

A house divided can not stand - the same can be said for an employee with two bosses. You can never satisfy both because if you try to do so to one the other will become jealous and resentful.
Is there anyway to become closer to boss 1 so that he has first-dibs on you?

Get Marshall Rosenberg's book on Non-Violent Communication
It could be simply that he needs to feel that he is supervising you

what an interesting idea.
So your solution BTM would be to pay him (bad boss) more attention, not less, and to ask him often what he needs.
I think that is amazingly clever....

He is not a micromanaging type of boss. But, maybe he needs to feel he is my boss.

Wear a REALLY obnoxious perfume and match it with an antiperspirant that reacts with it to give something close to WWI nerve gas.
[As a lady did to me at a restaurant a few days ago.]

I was dancing with a lady last night with a very unusual perfume or her cats had been sleeping on her clothes
