You know, speaking of "not much change", especially at these top-end competitions, do you think there's REALLY not much change in the dancing or just people are used to who gets 1st and who gets 2nd etc.

Not saying it's politics, let's call it habit I guess.

I would love to see the same competition with identical costumes and head-paper bags.  Well, you might need some more disguise for style!  But yes, I've seen a competition where the champions danced awfully but still got straight firsts....

I saw a change in latin final. Stefano was in the final which I really hoped, but was not sure.
My prediction was Marcus, but surprisingly Stefano made into the final. But, the placements of the very top two couples in latin would not change that much unless one of couples retire.

I'm waiting to see the breakdown of the results for pro standard.  Mirko/Edita were fantastic and really stood out.  Might also be that she was wearing a bright red dress.  There seemed to be quite a lot of ladies in paler shades of colour, I think it doesn't look so good on the floor.  I think quite a few people were expecting/hoping they would win.

Latin was excellent & fun but would be better if the results (except 6th) were less predictable.  At a guess it is going to stay the same until the top retires unless there is some major shift in partners.
