that the news is totally stupid when reporting on scientific findings.  Thus, its been reported that people who speak two languages have a slower progression of Alzheimers.  News report: Speaking two languages will slow the progression of Alzheimer's.

GRRRRRR.

Its the same error as we learned in college as per example: Crime and washing machine sales increased during the same period - therefore washing machine sales cause crime.

That is quite common - and you should give it some thought.  It may mean that you judge women as trophies too much - the prettiest, smartest, best dancer etc etc - in which case its the ones that other men desire that are desirable to you (the proof of the pudding and all that).  Whereas you would probably do better judging them against your own likes and needs (both for what they can do for you AND equally what you can do for them).

When I was dating, the guys I had crushes on tended to like me back. Made it fairly easy, but didn't happen all the time.

I agree with EE and I would also state that sometimes these things then would set up for failure so then you can say well see I can never find the right girl! this is not necessarily a conscience thing but something you need to think about.

a friend of mine said that to me, until I asked her to point out any attractive and available female friends that she had.....none! Tongue

so it just means you have good taste......... ( otherwise you suffer from Penelope Lively Syndrome; settling for comfort rather than true love)
