gave a lift to a homeless guy, walking by the canal. i took him to the nearest town- a three hour walk in rain and would have been dark for the last hour of his walk.

no, I have finely tuned instincts. Firstly he didn't ask, secondly he didn't stink of booze, he must have walked miles already, and compared to some of the ladies I have danced with he was a pussycat.
