As far as myself, I apologize with whomever I am dancing with ALL THE TIME. and talk. Sigh .... it is a nervousness on my part unfortunately.

if you don't they might think you did everything right.

(excepting of course, that if you did tread so hard on his foot that he ended up in hospital and missed 6 months of dancing, his daughers wedding and a free trip to Bali Bali.  Well then you can apologize.  OK?)
