more training in water... basically have been hitting it up every day.
was reflecting that i discovered this last summer when i had access to an outdoor pool on a daily basis for the first time and found it fascinating that being in the water helped me tremendously... ironically... with *groundedness*. those experiments in using water to enhance groundedness continue.
have found that, with the buoyancy of the water wanting to create lift *away* from the ground, it's a potent opportunity to use one's intention to move one's energy through the skeletal frame to connecting more solidly with the ground. and in doing this, there are also so many ways to enhance alignment and *length*, whether through the legs, the core, the neck... very cool. i love the way the water can highlight the down & up currents running through the body at the same time.
