I like the idea of separate threads. It makes it easier to see who I've wished a happy birthday to and who I haven't. Plus, I think it would be to easy to loose someone if they were all in one thread (I like to wish HB to each one individually). JMHO.

what?? I'm afraid I have not been checkingthe calendar - there should be an automatic reminding mechanism, a small pin that sticks in your left buttock or something....

I like this idea.  It's so easy to miss a post, or even a few posts in a topic; and as such, a birthday could be far too easily missed.  It's nice to give each person their own "recognition", and it makes you feel important to have your own thread  Tongue
