'Pacific snapper'.  A dark meaty fish - yummy.  Oh, and I had some cooked brussel sprouts leftovers.  on a whim I put on a drop of soy sauce and some ginger and sautéed them.  they were amazing!

eclectic fish..

sushi grade tuna marinated in marsala and seared with pickerel flour-dusted and fried pickerel.  All with a beetroot and a chickpea salad.

round roast of beef w vegetable stew, roasted parsnips, asparagus.  followed by pears stewed in maple syrup-wine with cranberries and greek yogurt
