yes would be good to know what sort of figures we would need to put together. like entry fee and dancing entry fee etc. do fill us in. and i believe you cant get a seat, it is standing room only the seats have been booked years in advance.

The Season Pass was 150 pounds. It's also possible to pay for individual day with the less popular days at 9 pounds and other days are 29 pounds. Regarding the seating, you're right QPO. The only day/s you can have a seat are the first two days, which are the qualifying rounds of the RS comps when there aren't many spectators. Can't believe it yet - on a whim I walked into out dance shoe store to waste a few minutes waiting for DP - and the owner mentioned that she was sending back two of her group tickets because of a cancellation. These aren't just any old tickets; we are 4 rows from the dance floor at the middle of one end - whole week tickets and (a bit oddly) competition entry is included in the seat price.
The other amazing thing is I didn't need to convince DP at all - he jumped at it. We've talked about this a year ago but it really was kinda pie-in-the-sky. And now to have real tickets and real seats!!! I assume I'll get to see you two dance SD?
I'm working on hotel now... I still have to put in our formal entry forms to get on the program...
Any other PDOodlers going?

Well we are going in 2012! I am so excited... We are going to Dance Seniors and then go and watch the pros on the 1st June.
Standing room only I wonder if I can bring a camping stool with me. dont know if I can stand all day....
On another note, it is worth trying to have lessons there. Not sure if they will be beneficial as any major changes I wonder if they could be incorporated very quickly?

We had hoped to do three comps but they cancelled the one in Holland so we are trying to find something else that his mother can see us dance at. |
