Wouldn't be surpriseds if lotsa peeps woke up last night. Jupiter moved into Aries last night arounds 3...super-high energy. And about to conjunct electric Uranus there, a once in 84-yr thing. Change and the urge to break free is brewing...and for some it will be stronger than others.

Ever hasd your chart calculated, Elise? Would be interesting to see what that configuration may be pinging for you.

Of course, the constellations that we see from earth/milky way are only visible from our neck of the universe - the same stars form totally different patterns everywhere else...

Oh, in answer to your question - no I have not. 

Am I right that if Astrolgy is works you should be able to go back in time and produce a retrospective description of someone's life?  Now that might be an interesting excersize....

I dont understand enough about astrology to know those things, but I am sure planet alignments might have an influence of some things, after all the moon effects the tides...so why then wouldn't the planets effect people sleep.

...because they are SOOOOOO far away as to have a negligable gravity effect.  Besides, its not just the planet itself its which constellation the planet is in front of - which are a godzillion light years away.

Thats not to say there isn't an order to the universe that we have not discovered yet that astrology dips into (many hard core scientific discoveries were presuaged by 'wives tales' or mysterious belief.  I should add, however, that far more were not (e.g. flat earth; spontaneous generation etc).

I find my night sleep is very poor if I am away from  home and know that I have an early start I worry that I will sleep through an alarm..which I neve do...but there you go.

I do the same - joke is that I never hear the alarm, I always wake up a few minutes before it goes off - have done as long as I can remember
