They taste good
.
And feel good. I always get a lot of energy
Does it last? I need a lot of protein to get me through the day (I eat very little lunch).
Usually at least an hour. But it's energy like "I just woke up and I feel wonderful, refreshed, and bouncy". It's not really long-term energy, but then, I keep drinking them throughout the day, so it's good.
Have you thought of adding protein powder? that would make it more substantial..

I had what the dog had for breakfast!
Wheetbix in lactose free milk.
I wouldn't even give a dog weetbix. Eew.
I think Weetabix is is actually one of the better cereals, made from whole grain (that, shreddies, shredded wheat). And it gives you the magical fiber...

I agree it is the best and has the least sugar content for cereal, great in the morning with warm milk and sliced banana

The key with WB for me is that you eat it before it goes doggy
HA!! I meant to write soggy, but in your case I suppose the former is better...

the cereal I am currently eating is so hard that you put the milk in and can go and get dressed before it is soft enough to eat! let alone be soggy
