I just heard back from him - he's awfully busy right now with blackpool coming up but we will discuss after.  I think we can create a link....  Fortunately I have corresponded with Zbyszek the owner (I doubt that is his real name but who knows!) for a while so we have something of a raport.

You may have to be their paid member for them to do this;) their workload is already overwhelming, to tracking various pro-am comps in USA and Canada, they might need extra staff to do the work;)

That I am sure they will not do SD - I asked them a few years back and they said the sme thing.  Besides, they are based in England and since they don't have it, to them I'm sure pro-am is not a serious competition format.  That is not what I want - what I'd like is access to key results for us to post here quickly.  Competitions that wer are particularly interested in (anywhere in the world).  The benefit for him would be a group of dedicated dancesport enthusiasts who would provide comentary on the results and free advertising.

We'll see if anything can be worked out...

Is it possible to set up a similar tracking system here in the US?

Since pro-ams bring the $$ to the NDCA comps, perhaps they could do it.  AMI and FADS may want to do it within their "system". It would take someone with ALOT of computor expertise.
But from what I see on this site, you are out there......

I wish we could - but as you say, it would take quite an investment of time and money.  The best of 'dancesport series' is an attempt to do that but, IMO, the worst of it - such as centering it on one competition - has stopped it from really achieving what it might have become - an true ranking system for pro/am dancing.  The other problem is that my experience has been that pro/am dancers sometimes react in unexpected ways to things that one might think were a good idea.  Thus, one should really make sure that they were behind the effort or it could backfire.
