'a' with a circle over it, pronouced ou as in 'pour'
'a' with two dots over it pronounced as the ai in 'hair'
'o' with two dots over it pronounced as the oe in 'Goering'

Incidentally, those three letters are listed in that order at the end of the swedish alphabet.  Similar letters are found in Norwegian and Danish.
