I can count to 10 and ask "Where is the bank" in Japanese if someone totally needs to know in an emergency.

Everyone tries to rush up through the syllabus levles and think once they are at the top they have arrived.  What they don't realize is that by doing this it is like skimming through a book, you may get the gist but you will never understand the story.

why do you need to count to 10 before asking where the bank is?

I can say "hello" in Japanese....but that's it.
I'll say hello, while you count to 10.

Okay, dream a little dream will say hello, then I will ask where the bank is.  When we get there Bordertangoman will pull his Magnum as I count tol 10 to the teller while Lioness says understand.

Then we can all practice our jive and/or swing to Jailhouse Rock.

HuhHuh??

ok it didn't like Japanese text

m(_ _)m
 (n) A Japanese emoticon used to convey the act of bowing to another. This usually means you admire something of them, or wish to show respect. In some cultures, bowing is also a way of greeting one another (however, if you use this emoticon to greet someone who is not from a culture of bowing, then you will most likely confuse them).
