I have Hashimoto's disease which is a autoimmune disease of the thyroid. so I understand the tiredness.. But unforutantley so many systems can cross over, so it is very important to have a check-up so you can get a correct diagnosis.  Smiley

Some great ideas everyone... but this is an acute thing that only occurs after breakfast (and coffee) so I don't think its systemic...

I think its associated - but oddly, only during breakfast Undecided  I never get this effect at other times...

I have lernt to adjust my eating habits, where I will always eat something before going out, even if it is only a banana.....

the other day had a 9.00am meeting and ran out the house without eating because we normally have a bacon and egg breakfast, so a forgo eating, but I wont do that again. Undecided

What I find is that by 10.30 I am starving!  Also, as mentioned if I don't put my teeth into something or somebody I don't feel I've eaten... Smiley

yes - low blood pressure is more likely with me than high. 
Maybe if I didn't eat three eggs a day I would have no pressure at all!
