Selling my gorgeous Black rose Edda Hsu dress

This is a gorgeous gown from Designer Edda Hsu (Edita Daniute's Dress sponsor), I bought it at Blackpool, only wore 3 times, still in great condition; comes with 2 sets of floats; red rose pattern on black, very gorgeous stone work, many red, green & AB stones front & back; the dress looks much better in person than on photos, the pictures don't capture the rish and detailed stoning work; the dress is very elegant and top class; fits ladies 5'3" to 5'8". size 2-6.

well such a shame, this dress doesn't get as many inquiry as my other dresses, not sure maybe people are sort of afraid of black...

Actually this dress is truly stunning and won't be buried with man's black tailsuit since the red rose and red stone is quite eye-catching. And truly unique.

I reduce the price to 1400.

Yes a lot of people are searching for bargain dresses now, but I got inquiries for my other dresses.

And this dress is very good bargain, its designer Edda Hsu (Edita Danute's sponsor), I bought for $2500 at blackpool, reducing to $1400 while wore only a few times is absolutely great bargain. Maybe just people afraid of black, but the red rose pattern with amazing stoning (even the green leaves have nice green stones on them) are very eye-catching.

I see his point of view, it's nice elegant and timeless dress. He likes black dress because of unique elegance of black dress gives that cool, sharp effect. Plus it's a great dress for tango show, and floats can be removed for American Smooth dance or open choreo with multiple under-arm turns, etc.

Well, guess I won't be selling so fast unfortunately, some people are shy away from black, or worry about not able to pull it off on the floor. this dress looks much better in person, the photos from this thread don't do the dress any justice.

I think the 'dope' on black dresses is that they don't stand out so well against a black tail suit.  OTOH there is nothing sexier or more flattering than a black dress so I don't know.

I think a pure black dress without colored stones or prints of contract color would be harder to stand out against black tailsuit; but this one has brilliant colored red & green stones and distinctive rose print floats and skirt; so really very eye-catching on the floor.

I meant to add that I was looking at you tube videos and three was one of Victor and Anna in which she has a pure black - but just gorgeous dress that stood out, well, basically because she has a perfect figure ....

yeah black dress requires nice figures. probably that's why some ladies scared of purchasing. but one lady Vasya's student who is size 10 fit into this dress, and black dress made her looked more slim:)
