Checked ebay out- found a gorgeous BRIGHT orange one, but it's already too high. Tons of McDresses from Over Yonder that are too tacky to do anything with thanks to an abundance of fugly fake stones.

EkClothing only has latinesque wear, and I need something kind of floaty/swirly. 

Hate shopping for stuff I wear once or twice a year.

do you have thrift stores...If you choose one in a up market suburb they can have some great things in there.

I'll have you know our K-Mart and Sears have prom dresses!

The problem with 'nice' stores here (Dillard's, Chico's, EB, etc.) is that the overskirt's totally full and swirly- the bottom one is a contraceptive device.

If I could find a top suitable for this black chiffon skirt, maybe.
