Well, considering we have never actually focused on the SW for a comp, and ur footwork sucks...
Having said that, I'm 80% sure we're not as bouncy as them.

Saturday...Valentine's Ball, no?
We'll be there. Though it's only at OG, so it's not a great venue.

Oh Valentine's Ball, so does that mean you have to wear red?

Not sure. I probably will, though I don't know what yet...
And I will Ariel and swivel as best as I can.

remember that you must compress using ankles and knees to give you better balance, if you attempt them with a straigher leg you will feel like you are falling over

Yeah I find I'm staying fairly low on these compared to aerials without the swivel..

I am finding these easier to do, Swing Waltz has several in them and I don't mean SW
. Always using a heel lead. how do others find this dance.

The error most commonly taught and/or practised relates to the down swing from the 'throw'. (Just to clarify also, an aerial is a position, not an action. You 'throw' to aerial position. Or is you read the Boyd technique, you "Zephyr" to one of three aerial positions).
The down swing of the leg should be used to create the swivel on the ball of foot, not to progress. The progression forward is created after the swivel via a further lowering into the hips, knees and ankles.
Never allow the down swing of a throw to move you.
