I noticed last night while we were dncing that alot of people are not actually moving over the floor, they are taking very small slow steps, and we often have to wait, or there becomes a mexican stand off to see who is going to move first!

I have reserected this topic as I feel now that we are in the top level this is even more important and strategies needs to be put in place.
We recently practised on a floor with lots of couples and quite enjoyed the fact that we had to avoid them and keep moving....sometimes training on a floor by yourself is not always the best thing. what other techniques ave been used for you to help you to be more confident on the floor
