Exhausted from work, and just played Farmville, Cafe World, Restaurant City, Social City, Zoo World, Temple of Mahjong, Happly Land, YoVille, Kingdoms of Camelot, etc.etc..... Shocked

Ok!

I did something today.
30 minutes on a treadmill( walking + running)
25 minutes on an elyptical
20 minutesb strength training
 Shocked Shocked Shocked

will add 30 minutes of hula hooping before going to the bed today!

Ok I will remind you what this thread is about. in the MIT training manual it states that you should ask yourself daily what you have done for at least 20 minutes that will improve your dancing?

so that may make more sense to the topic  Cheesy

well depending on V lecture hope to practice after but I think it will finish later than expected. so possibly nothing! Having a lull at the moment

went after the lecture to practice but was over tired by then too late got there  just before 9.00pm and the brain was thinking of something else. Roll Eyes but we did work on some small things in the waltz trying to work on the connection and then went home...
