I would suggest going some place where there are men, and preferably live music (engineering school cafe, perhaps) and present a seemingly impromtu (no costumes- jeans and a t-shirt or whatever is appropriate, albeit with dance shoes) dance while one or two others walk around handing flyers and answering questions.  If you're feeling up to it convince one or two guys to try and learn a basic step right there.

I was envisioning something completely different when I saw the title of this thread.  Cheesy

I love the idea of doing a ballroom flash mob, especially on college campuses, to attract more participation.  If you have a handful of guy dancers who are willing to perform, that would be great.   Might be kinda cool to start with some other dance -- like hiphop or Harlem shake or something, the segue into ballroom.
