Neighbours - the best ... and :-* the worst :o

This is from a comment by dlgodud on 'the least peaceful...' topic.  Neighbours, can't live without them (but often wish we could )...

My all time worst (when I lived in an apartment - why can't that be what its called, like in apart??) had three pitbulls that would throw themselves agains the wall while snarling and barking.  The managers of the complex (which was several buldings) wouldn't even come to look - not until the police were finally called....
