i am the Abba fan.

those songs project a happy feeling in me.  Grin
Did you see Mamma Mia! It was great. I was very interesting to me how they were able to write a story around the words to the songs of Abba. Feel good time!!!

'Cause baby there ain't no mountain high enough
Ain't no valley low enough
Ain't no river wide enough
To keep me from getting to you, babe. Wink

Don't know if this counts, but at the social on Monday night they played 'A guy is a guy'. It was way before my time but my nanna used to play it all the time, and I don't think I'd heard it in 6 or so years. I spent the entire dance singing along, and I was dancing with some random guy I hadn't danced with before, who must have thought I was very strange.
Most known version is by Doris Day, charted in 1952, but the song was also recorded by Ella Fitzgerald in 1951, and by Australian singer June Miller.

My favorite Doris Day song by far is "Perhaps, Perhaps, Perhaps."  Although having to hear it now would rip my heart right out of my chest, so I'll stay away.

Me three. I've grown up hearing mum listening to them in the car. I guess they provoke childhood memories...

Fever! Peggy Lee
The intense use of the bass and percussion and adding her lyrics to the song has made it a classic, great for a SlowFox.
