My trip to the sports medicine doctor was not so productive. I think I may have tossed out $90 of much needed money and given no real solutions.

You have to fight through a lot of crap before you find your way up out of the toilet. Sometimes I think I have a good hold on the rim then I slip back in. Each time I don't sink quite as deep though. - Rugby

I know exactly what you mean, I have been going to phsyio and they tell me what I already know and od and then charge me for a long consult because they chose to show me around a gym...what a cheeck. I wont go back and just deal with the srugeon now and the gym people.

Today, so far, I've helped mum with the cleaning, and replaced our screen door...cat keeps attacking it.
Now I'm going to wash some towels and go shopping.
