Interesting that our teacher has got the running sheet and nothing was listed for the early start. I did tell him that I had heard that but he knew nothing.

thanks MM we have bee working really hard on our footwork...so we will see how we go. we are not expecting anything as we know that the compeition is much harder over there. and ow that we are level three in both styles their is a higher expectation and much stronger dances in the field. We are doing Masters 2 though.

ours too. but sometone told us that our top line is good but the core is not so am working on that.

Well, I would be interested to know whether the electronic scoring system worked. We left straight after our presentations - we were tired, disappointed, and generally not in a good mood. I should have stayed, but the atmosphere was getting me down.

I think you should stay and watch some really good dancing....and see what it is you are aspiring to do. I hope that with your independence you can change the destiny of your dancing.

Unfortunately improvement for most does not come without effort and practice.. I looked at our video and could happily watch it..I could see what needs to be improved which is a lot of arm styling in our NV. some foot work but I saw others doing appalling footwork our coach would be aghast.

It was the first time we have been to that comp it is a very long day and doing something event 12 events makes it very difficult to recoup and eat... Next year we will do the Vics which is generally two weeks after the Crown...once we have tried most of them we will return to the ones we like the most,.

In hindsight, I should have stayed. Having said that, we had a good relaxing afternoon running around Melbourne too.

I have managed to take friday's off work, and mum has said that I can go to the practice on Friday nights. That will help so much.

I did what you did - left after our results.  The second day was not very encouraging...
