Sadly, the manual is gone.   The MIT ballroom dance clubs still have some very nice, informative pages,though. Maybe the manual is still lurking around on the internet somewhere. (Like aria's dance etiquette pages, which will never die.  Grin )  I'll have a look and see if I can find the information.

I googled everything I could find and scoured MIT's pages  It's gone.
