Of the practical once there is:
Kitchen remodel, solar radiant floors, solar electricity and solar hot water
That should be enough for the year.
If I have more time (and money
) then wind electricity for backup and water conservation would be the next two things to do.
I also have a lot of mental exercises that I need to master this year. Too many and some too weird to talk about here.

well I want the water conservation. I would like to have 50,000 litres in total, which is double our water requirements that an average household uses. We would only need rainwater then and no tap water and save the rivers from being over used, (if everyone could have that).... The reason why governments have not encouraged it is because then they don't make money....but saving the environment is beyond that.

Maybe we need another restricted board? I could put it in the Mind area...

I agree that saving the environment is beyond that.
When we have rain here then we get a lot. We actually get so much that it just runs of into the rivers and we see no benefit of the rain a week later. I looked into the collection of water and just from what I get from the roof there should be enough for both watering the garden, the washing machine and the toilets. If I get a full system that also collects from the driveway and garden then I would not need any city water. The full system is a little expensive though ($24,000) so not sure I can do that in the next year.

don't approach it as a chore - do it as a treat
I've played for an hour - back to it after lunch and before the evening lobster...
you play the lobster? is it alto or tenor?

Hey, I posted something a while back and nobody responded.
And I think we've got plenty of love-action going on on the board, people just tend to keep their private stuff...well, private.

Happens - did you respond to everyone else?

Well, I suppose that depends entirely on where your 'private' threshold is. Some people like to share because they just like to or they actually benefit from the feedback or discussion. I often find that communicating about a challenge is more than 50% of the way to solve it because it helps me clarifiy the issues. Others would rather not. Thats fine too....
