OK, for those who wear yoga pants for practice - do you ever step on them? It happened to me a few times - I didn't really step on them but got the heel caught which was still unpleasant enough.

I have gotten the cotton knit pair caught on my heel a couple times.  It's very rare, but it has happened.  But for some reason, I've noticed that I don't catch my heel on the higher-quality workout pants.  Something to consider.
