J's about 6 foot tall, wears a forty-eight (US) or somesuch in his jacket size, and is a 36-33 in pants. I know tailsuits should be made-to-measure, but we frankly can't spend a thousand for that.

Are there any cheaper options out there? Four hundred and change is the very very cheapest (tangorouge.com) quote we found, and we were frankly hoping to beat that. He needs basically just the tails, for one event.

There has got to be a used tails for him out there somewhere... maybe so me of the guys know - etp may have contacts.

Probably renting is better, less than $400 for new one maybe not so great quality
