I managed to get an appointment with my CBT counsellor...and had a chat to a grief counsellor who has been seeing my daughter occasionally, so at least I feel supported.

Politics in dancing. they had their first WDC AL comp this week-end  which were to go to but the leg was not good enough to dance in. It was a great success which I am very happy with that  but the comments and undertone is that that only the WDC an give dancers this experience.

Which is not true, there has been some banter on the ACDA facebook page and one person wrote that Professionals tell there students not to come to our state as there is nothing for them.  Cry How is this helpful....and then to top it off this person now has removed this remark  perhaps after pressure?

People  I am told dont go to a comp because of winning money but we often have money on offer and they still dont come.  So I am at a loss and disappointed and  keep myself from posting something that is more vitriolic as I know it wont have any positive impact.
